This volleyball-focused training camp is designed for volleyball players ages 13–16 who want to feel stronger, quicker, and more prepared for the demands of the game. Each session with Coach Laura Blab blends smart strength training, footwork, mobility, and volleyball-specific conditioning—helping athletes grow more confident and capable on the court.

Meet Coach Laura Blab
Originally from Wimberley, TX, Laura played four years of Division I volleyball at NC State University and the University of Louisville. Recently, she spent four seasons playing professionally overseas in Austria, France, and Cyprus. With over five years of experience coaching youth athletes, Laura is passionate about helping the next generation grow through the game—both on and off the court.
