Since joining HIT in May 2023, I’ve brought that depth of experience to every Strength and Conditioning, Pure Strength, and HIT Express class I lead. What started as empowering others through daily movement, mindfulness, and nutrition has evolved into leading transformative, in-person experiences at HIT. HIIT is where I truly shine—I love its fast-paced intensity and the way it blends strength, endurance, and cardio into one powerful session. After leaving my hed gefund career in NYC during the pandemic, I discovered that the same dedication that built investment portfolios could build something far more valuable—a life centered on movement and mindfulness.

My fitness philosophy blends high-intensity training with mindful movement. From Cross Fit competitions to Himalayan meditation retreats, each experience has shaped how It each today. Whether we’re working with kettlebells, exploring mobility, or pushing limits in metabolic conditioning, every session balances challenge with intention.

When I’m not in the gym, you’ll find me chasing adventure through climbing routes, trail runs, and open water swims. Think of my classes as an investment in yourself, where there turns are measured in strength gained, mobility improved, and stress left behind.

I’ve been with HIT since we first opened our doors—an original member of the crew with the battle scars to prove it. These days, you’ll find me leading Strength Con, where we combine challenging strength work with high-energy conditioning to help you discover what you’re truly capable of. My path to fitness wasn’t exactly traditional. I believe in learning through experience, and while I may not have followed the conventional route, I bring intensity and genuine passion to every single session. Strength Con is where I truly come alive—it’s where we find that sweet spot between pushing limits and breaking through mental barriers. My coaching style blends focused instruction with just enough dry humor to get you through those challenging sets. Expect clear guidance, strategic programming, and yes, maybe a few well-timed quips to distract you from that last rep. Sunday mornings are my time to shine, and I’ve mastered the art of making early workouts worth leaving your bed for. I’ve been with HIT for over 3 years, coaching HIIT Express, Circuit, and Pure Strength classes. My professional career began in corporate marketing, but my passion for health and fitness inspired me to transition into becoming an entrepreneur, personal trainer, and fitness coach. I especially love teaching Pure Strength because it’s incredible to see members discover their own strength and power. I also thrive in the HIT Express room, where great music and high energy create an atmosphere that’s as fun as it is effective. With my dance background, I bring a unique focus on building strength, balance, and stability to every class. Three years of watching members transform at HIT, plus my time coaching rugby clubs and high school athletes, have taught me that fitness is all about finding your breakthrough moments. Coming from F45 and sports conditioning, I’ve developed a knack for reading the room and adapting on the fly. Though I’m only four months into my HIT journey, I’ve been turning fitness goals into fitness achievements since 2017, one workout at a time. HIIT training is my sweet spot. I’m constantly inspired by watching others push their limits and make progress with every workout. That shared energy and sense of achievement is what makes every session special. My approach mixes science with genuine support. Think detailed attention to form, but also someone who remembers it’s your birthday and throws in a few extra recovery breaks (kidding about the breaks). From Big Drop Tuesdays to Latin Hip Hop Fridays and Rocktronic metal rides, my playlists are crafted to take you on a journey. But while the beats drive us forward, it’s your personal growth that truly matters in my studio. What started as clipping into a HIT bike as a member turned into leading the pack just one year later. Now I’m your go-to morning motivation, guiding Rhythm Cycle at sunrise (6 AM Tuesdays and Thursdays) and 9 AM Sundays. My favorite class to teach? Throwback Thursday rides, hands down—there’s nothing like riding to some nostalgic tunes! Each session becomes a story, told through beats that make even the toughest climbs feel conquerable. Being trained right here at HIT taught me that a great class needs more than just good music—it needs that high-energy, positive atmosphere I loved as a member. In my classes, you can expect plenty of encouragement to push through and have fun every step of the way.
