
Youth Performance Summer Camp

Stronger. Faster. Fitter. More confident. That’s what summer at HIT Athletic delivers. Our youth performance camps challenge athletes to push themselves, improve technique, and build lasting habits-all in a fun, high-energy setting.
Training runs Monday-Thursday, 1 PM-4 PM, from June to mid-July.
Youth Speed + Strength Camp (9 – 12yr olds)
HIT Coaches will teach young athletes speed and strength drills to maximize athletic performance. Each day of camp will cover different facets that include:
- mobility
- speed technique
- agility + quickness drills
- strength and conditioning
- games
Weeks: June 2nd, June 16th and June 30th
Speed + Weightlifting Foundations (13-16yr olds)
Learn foundational speed and weightlifting skills to help your athlete perform at the highest level in high school and beyond. Each day will include key instruction on:
- mobility
- speed technique
- agility + quickness drills
- movement patterns like the squat, lunge, hinge, push, pull, rotate, and carry
- weightlifting techniques for exercises that support these movement patterns
Weeks: June 9th, June 23rd, July 7th
