Youth

Our youth program offers training that involves athletic movements focused on speed, agility, strength and endurance. Classes are separated into two different age groups, 8-11 years and 12-15 years, and these programs are setup to help build a strong foundation for all young athletes.

All youth classes coincide with times for our adult classes, so they can learn and stay fit while you work up a sweat.

Kids Club

If what you are looking for is childcare during your workout, we have you covered. Here is some information for parents:

  • Kids Club is for ages 6 months to 12 years
  • Only $20 per month for the first child, each additional child is $10 per month
  • Kids Club memberships include unlimited drop-ins
