Youth Summer Strength & Conditioning Program

8-week program for 6th-8th graders
Program is $650 for the full 8 weeks

*Membership not required; Youth Camp registration open to everyone.

We will offer a progressive 8 week long strength and conditioning program that all athletes can benefit from. This will include proper lifting technique, as well as increasing speed, agility, and endurance. Program includes a total of 32 workouts led by our elite coaches.

Program daily breakdown:
Monday/Wednesday - Lower & Linear
Tuesday/Thursday - Upper & Agility

June 6-July 28, Monday-Thursday
9:00am-10:30am

HIT Athletic Track Club

A competitive track club offered only to Middle and High School athletes

Program is $269 a month

Program includes four workouts each week led by our USATF certified coach Sonya Schement. This program is designed for athletes that participate in running events - Mile, Middle Distance and Sprints. Sessions will focus on event specific conditioning including resistance, plyometric and explosive movements.

Athletes will also have the option to compete in USATF/AAU sanctioned events throughout the summer.

Program daily breakdown:
Monday/Thursday at McCallum High School
Tuesday/Wednesday at HIT Athletic
6:30pm-8:00pm

MURPH CHALLENGE WORKOUT

Join us on Monday, May 30th from 9:30am-11:30am or 1pm-4pm for the Murph Workout. HIT members can sign up through the HIT app and non-members can register below.
