    Youth Summer Skills Camps

    All camps are $69/week(M-TH) for ages 8-18

    Football Skills Camp

    Enhance your level of play with this football specific week long clinic.Improve your technique and general football knowledge to get an advantage over the competition. This camp is for ages 8-18 years old.

    Week 1: June 7-10, Monday-Thursday

    Sports Combine Camp

    All sports cover some type of performance testing. In this weeklong camp we will provide common testing and specific technique and drills to make sure you can improve your results. This camp is for ages 8-18 years old.

    Week 1: June 14-17, Monday-Thursday

    Week 2: July 12-15, Monday-Thursday

    Vertical Camp

    For all sports that require explosiveness, this week long camp is designed to improve athletes vertical and ability to cover 360 degrees of court and field. (Football, Basketball, Volleyball, etc.). This camp is for ages 8-18 years old.

    Week 1: June 21-24, Monday-Thursday

    Week 2: July 19-22, Monday-Thursday

    Track & Speed Camp

    A week specifically designed to focus on track and speed development. Improve your linear speed, start technique, and running form. This camp is for ages 8-18 years old.

    Week 1: June 28-July 1, Monday-Thursday
    10:30am-12pm

    Week 2: July 26-29, Monday-Thursday
    10:30am-12pm

    Youth Summer Strength & Conditioning Program

    Sessions are $225/month for 6th-12th graders

    We will offer a progressive 8 week long strength and conditioning program that all athletes can benefit from. This will include proper lifting technique, as well as increasing speed, agility, and endurance.This camp is broken down into two 4-week sessions. You can choose to attend both sessions or just one. Each 4-week session includes a total of 16 workouts led by our elite coaches.

    Program daily breakdown:
    Monday/Wednesday - Lower & Linear
    Tuesday/Thursday - Upper & Agility

    Session 1: June 7-July 1, Monday-Thursday

    DEKA STRONG

    DEKA MILE

    Spartan DEKA & HIT Athleticare excited to invite you to our new indoor challenge designed to test, gamify and celebrate your fitness. Spartan DEKA MILE consists of (10) functional training zones each preceded by a 160 meter run (1 mile of total running distance. Compete and Earn your DEKA MILE Mark and start training for DEKA FIT 2021!
