Schedule

For our adult program we plan to offer 60+ classes during the week with early morning, mid-morning, noon, and afternoon/evening classes. Look for a variety of classes that will challenge and push you!

For our youth program, we will offer 10+ classes during the week that will focus on speed, agility, strength, and endurance for all sports. Monday-Friday these classes will be offered in the afternoon once kids are out of school. On the weekends we will offer a couple of classes during the morning times.
